How long does shipping takes?
About 5 to 10 bussiness days depending on the shipping carrier.

Will I be charged duty or import fees?

We artificially mark down our product cost and label it on orders to lower the tax burden for our customers – For most country there will be no tax to pay

In the case you are charged additional tax, duty, and/or import fees, we are not liable for those payments.

Taxes are included in the price and you will not be charged for them.

How does shipping work?

luxusswissclock partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order may be shipped from global areas such as Hong Kong, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS, DHL, UPS, TNT, and your local postal couriers.

How long does shipping take?

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries and we wanted to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🙂
